We’re pleased to share that the 2026–2027 academic calendars are now available on the Dare County Schools website.
At its February meeting, the Dare County Board of Education approved both the Traditional School Year Calendar and the Dare Early College Calendar.
We appreciate the Superintendent’s Advisory Groups for their thoughtful feedback and collaboration in developing schedules that support our students, staff, and families. In response to parent requests, we have also created a document listing early dismissal and school closure dates for easy reference.
