Manteo Middle and Manteo High schools will host a community forum to discuss the potential transition of Manteo Middle School football to include grades 7–9. During the meeting, athletic directors, trainers and coaches will share information about what this change could look like and how it may impact players, the athletic conference, and the overall football program. The session will also provide an opportunity for parents and community members to ask questions and offer feedback.

WHERE: Manteo Middle School (1000 US-64, Manteo, NC 27954)
MEETING PURPOSE: This meeting will inform families and the community about the possible restructuring of the Manteo football program and ensure that all voices are heard in the decision-making process. Parents and guardians of students who plan to participate in Manteo Middle or Manteo High School football during the 2026–2027 school year, are encouraged to attend.
