Graduation Requirements
Dare County Schools Graduation and Promotion Standards
To graduate from Dare County Schools, students entering ninth and tenth grade in 2022-2023 must:
Successfully complete 26 credits. Students entering Twelfth grade in 2022-2023 will be required to successfully complete 25 credits to graduate.
- Pass the required courses for the Future-Ready Core Course of Study or meet the requirements of the Future Ready Occupational Course of Study.
- Successfully complete cardiopulmonary resuscitation instruction (CPR).
